Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in original condition and packaging. Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded upon providing evidence. To initiate a return, contact us at support@drwardsblends.com. Refunds are processed within 5 business days after inspection. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed for defective items.
